‘Friendly Fire’ During Struggle With Suspect
Officer Brian Mulkeen was shot and killed just after midnight on Sunday
when fellow officers opened fire as he struggled with an armed man in the Bronx.
His last words were, “He’s reaching for it.”

Chichibu City accounts for about 15% of Saitama Prefecture.

It was presented to the imperial court and Wado Kai was made.
Chichibu City prospered as a town in front of Chichibu Shrine.
Chichibu incident occurs.
The case was armed uprising and occupied most of Chichibu city.
The government tried to suppress armed forces.
It is said to be the largest popular uprising in Japan history,
with more than 4,000 people punished, including seven death sentences.

I am inspired by the Chinese.
